Individual Support
I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to discuss your options, for you to learn more about the support I provide and how I can tailor it to your individual needs.
I provide 1:1 in person or online sessions, dependent on what you prefer, or we can create a hybrid of the two.
My support is person entered, led by the client and sometimes this involves sessions where I actively listen, whereas other times we may quietly create without too much discussion. There are no rules, often an intuitive approach is most effective.
Sessions are £50 per hour.
Group Support
This is the group timetable for 2025.
Group sessions involve a wellbeing focus for each block, but it is up to each client how much they purposefully engage in improving their own holistic wellbeing and how much they let it naturally and intuitively grow.
Sessions are generally structured in the following manner:
Relaxation/mindfulness activity to help us leave the stress response and enter relaxation response, vital for positive long-term health.
Therapeutic drawing/painting activity to help us become more aware of ourselves and deal with erroneous belief systems.
Creative activity for a combination of enjoyment, relaxation and developing creative skills. This might involve arts, crafts, drama, music, storytelling and/or journalling.
